Our firm was founded in 1992 with a mission to provide top quality legal services to our clientele in Nigeria and abroad.

ASC with its specialized team of legal and administrative support staff has been providing diverse legal services to the Government, organizations (local, regional & international), and individuals for more than 2 decades.

The firm has 2 partners and a number of associate counsel,  some of whom are Notaries Public, Chartered Company Secretaries, Arbitrators and Mediators.

Our clientele include Government agencies, public and private companies, international organizations, and individuals some of whom retain the firm on general and special retainers.
