R. A. Sanni

Principal Partner

Profile


Mr. Sanni is the Principal Partner. He is a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitration (United Kingdom), Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria and Institute of Directors of Nigeria. He was appointed a Notary Public in 1989.

Upon passing his GCE O Level in January 1975 and the A level in January 1977, he attended the University of Ife (now Obafemi Awolowo University) and the Nigerian Law School. He was called to the Nigerian Bar in 1981. His NYSC service was with the Legal Aid Council where he was posted to the Enugu Zonal Office in 1981 - 1982.

He started his law career with the law firm of former Attorney General of Federation and World Court Judge, Prince Bola Ajibola, SAN, KBE. He went on to establish Ayinde Sanni & Co. in 1992. His vast experience covers both Barristers and Solicitors work in all ramifications and he has handled several matters for both national and international organizations. He is widely traveled and is conversant with the European and American Jurisdictions.

Ayinde Sanni is currently a Director in several companies in Oil and Gas services, Construction and Property Development.

O. A. Adejumo

Olasunmbo Adejumo graduated from the University of Ife (now Obafemi Awolowo University), Ile-Ife, Osun State, Nigeria in 1985 and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 1986. She also obtained her post graduate law degree in the same University in 2005. She joined the law firm of Ayinde Sanni & Co in 1999 and was admitted into partnership in 2006

Olasunmbo Adejumo specializes in Alternative Dispute Resolution (arbitration and mediation), Real Estate Management and Solicitors Practice. She has attended several conferences, seminars and workshops especially on Alternative Dispute Resolution. She has also rendered legal services to a diverse clientele list of natural and corporate entities.

Olasunmbo Adejumo is an active member of the Nigerian Bar Association, Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (United Kingdom) and the International Bar Association.

A. M. Dawodu

Senior Counsel

Profile


Mr. Afolabi Dawodu graduated from the University of Lagos, Akoka, Lagos, Nigeria in 2006 and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2007.

He is a chartered Company Secretary and Administrator and also specializes in commercial law, intellectual property law, general solicitors practice, and civil litigation

He has been involved in academic projects such as the publication of the first edition of the Nigerian Intellectual Property Law Reports, published by Alexander Payne Ltd for which he served as a co-editor and also co-authored the Handbook on the Law of Agency, a publication of the Taslim Elias Chambers of the Faculty of Law, University of Lagos.

Mr Afolabi Dawodu retains a secretariat and gives legal advice to various high net worth companies.

He is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association, an Associate member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators of Nigeria, and is quite proficient with Information Technology, leading the firm's foray into blockchain technology.

P. Dominic-Yishawu

Pauline Dominic-Yishawu (Mrs) attended the Edo State University where she obtained a Bachelors Degree in Sociology, and the Lagos State University, Ojo, Lagos where she obtained a Bachelor of Laws degree. She was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2007.

A member of the Association of Professional Arbitrators, Negotiators and Mediators (APNM) She has represented clients in various aspects of Law. She is particularly interested in the Sociology of Law and is actively invested in its application to the advantage of her clients.

She leads the CSR drive for the firm and is actively involved in the prosecution of various Pro-Bono cases on behalf of the firm.
